It is situated in the luxuriant green of our "Prato al Lago" in a quiet zone outside the centre.
It has independent heating, park place, storage for surfboards/bikes and of course direct access to the beach!
It is a two-room house that can give hospitality to two or four persons: at the first floor there are a double room, a bathroom (with shower) and a terrace; at the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room with 2 divan-beds.
