Important information: |
|
|
Arrival:between 13:30 and 20:00.
Please inform us by Phone if you arrive later than 20:00
(0039.0464.505277).
Departure:please leave the room or apartment between
9:00 and 10:00; feel free to spend the rest of the day
(until 20.00) at our private meadow by the lake (House 3).
For payments, keys collection/drop or any information,
please go to House 1 (Pasubiostr. n° 12).
Cancellation or anticipated departure:for late
cancellation we request the payment for three nights; in
case of anticipated departure we request the payment of the
full booked stay.
Reservation:we accept only written reservation
(Letter, Fax, e-mail) that we can confirm only after the
receiving of a down payment.
Pets:you can bring a dog/cat only after our approval
and only if a suitable room/apartment is available. We
demand additional 25 / 35, depending on the size, for
the final cleaning.
Children:we allow a discount between 20% and 50% for
children under 10 years (not valid for House 3).
Additional bed:we allow a discount between 10% and
20%.
Baby-bed:upon request we can supply a small
travel-bed for babies ( 30).
"Prato al Lago" at House 3: this facility is
available only for our Guests. Please inform us if you would
like to invite a relative or a friend.
Windsurf:storage direct on the beach at the "Prato al
Lago".
Biker:washing and drying possibility for sport
clothing in case of bad weather.
