Exit the A22 Autostrada (motorway) at Rovereto Sud and then take the SS240 direction Lago di Garda/Riva del Garda. When you arrive in Torbole, at the main round-about you have to turn left to Verona/Malcesine for about 100 meters. On the right side you will find the „ Wind‘s Bar“ where you have to turn right (to the lake-direction) and immediately right again into a little street between the „Santoni“ jewellery and the fruit/vegetables shop.
