Price includes: Light, hot and cold water, bed linen, surf & bike storage, private garden on the beach and parking at Casa3.

Not included: breakfast ( from € 10 ); heating (from € 10,00 to € 20,00 per day per apartment) only for apartments; cleaning at the end of the stay (from € 40,00 to € 90,00) only for apartments; air conditioned (from € 10,00 to € 20,00 per day per apartment) only at Casa2 and Casa3; tourist tax (from € 1,00 to € 1,50 per night per persons, payable cash on site; from 1 to 10 nights; children under 14 are exempt from the tax).

 

 

Check in: between 1:30pm and 8pm.

Check out: please leave the room or apartment between 8am and 9:30am, but you can spend the rest of the day (until 6pm) at our private meadow by the lake (Casa3). For payments, keys collection/drop or any information, please go to Casa1 SANDRA (Pasubiostr. n° 10).

Cancellation, late arrival or anticipated departure: for late cancellation is request a payment of three nights; in case of late arrival or anticipated departure is request the payment of all the stay you booked.

Reservation: we accept only written reservation (Letter, Fax, e-mail) that we can confirm only after the receiving of a deposit (bank transfer order).

Pets: dogs/cats are allowed only after our approval and only if a suitable room/apartment is available. We demand an extra-cleaning (€ 40,00 / € 90,00), depending on the size.

Children: we allow a discount between 20% and 50% for children under 10 years (not valid for Casa 3).

Additional Bed: we allow a discount between 10% and 20%.

"Prato al Lago" at Casa3: this facility is available only for our registered Guests. Relative or friends can be invited only at our discretion and only for a short visit.

Windsurf: storage direct on the beach at the "Prato al Lago".

W-Lan and Sat-TV: free W-Lan available at Casa1, Casa2, Casa3. Sat-TV available in all our rooms and apartments.
